Increasing Employee Performance through Digital Culture, Compensation, Career Development and Employee Resilience in PT. Janji Mulya Executive Learning

PT Janji Mulya Executive Learning (PT Mulya) was a business unit within Business School foundation and became an independent entity as limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) in January 2020. When Covid-19 happened, the company’s revenue dropped to only 30% first year (2020) after spin-off. In next (2021) increased almost one hundred percent despite fact that it still forty below 2019 performance. The expect trend will keep going up 2022 fiscal year, however says contrary: slightly down. Besides, majority of individual performance decreased by 45.9% employees. These problems postpandemic condition is differed from expectation, has raised concern management. Further information were obtained several factors could be cause low employee performance, namely digital culture, compensation, career development, resilience. Based on these problems, this research conducted know analyze relationship resilience, with well propose solution regarding four increase To end, study two objectives, descriptive verification purpose. analyse hypotheses, employs multiple regression. Data collection done census population employees (N=60). Questionnaire distributed at one-shot time horizon method cross-sectional data. findings revealed there significant simultaneous influence variables test partial effect showed each variable have positive results analysis combines hypothesis testing interviews informants, solutions for developing are arranged form priorities based correlation values Besides insights might namely: clear strategy communicated effectively top management lowest level organization, Availability resources affect department, Strategic Foresight Analysis training equip skillful analyzing conditions, predicting changes may occur, managing response preparation implementation plans, so become more resilient.
